Made another Photoshop action, and played it multiple times, it generates this.
The base is edge detected blurred noise. (a big version)

With generated Graphics i mean graphics that are created pure with calculations. I used photoshop in my case because i'm familier with it and you can do it quick.

Some other tools that can do this:

Processing (Processing Flickr Group)
Context Free]  (Context Free Flickr Group)
(Apple) Quartz Composer

And of course you can do it with almost any programming language.

(You can also use Javascript + Photoshop

I stumbled upon the "Processing" software in a magazine and remembered having read about it here. So I investigated further and found this amazing New Year greeting card:

This one is quite impressive too:
